2 expensive. There is Toshiba 55zl2 review in russian language.
for 3D,tosh has rushed it imo. people have generally forgone 3D,no matter how good it can be,but 7000 for average non glasses performance can't cut it.2DHD doesnt come into it at this price.4 stars is more or less a recommendation, generous at that price. Rich mans folly...
What happens to the 3D if you watch it lying on your side or indeed not perfectly upright? E.g. you are perfectly still but head is at 45% to the left?
The camera will find you and deliver a 3D image regardless of the angle you're sitting at. Better make sure you're comfy to begin with, though.
Impressive, although at £7k and based on this review I 'd struggle to consider it.
the higher resolution technology should have been pushed before 3D to be well appreciated so sad.....
Wouldn't it have been better to make a better 3D passive tv that would have the same resolution as active? It would also be a lot cheaper.
Light weight 3D glasses are not a problem. People wear ordinary glasses all the time, look how many opticians there are in any town.
The Onkyo amps upscale to Quad resoltution, I wonder what would be the better scaler?
I like the fact that you have to sit stock still - might stop my daughter fidgiting so much while we watch movies - that would be worth £7k just for that!!

A classic example of style over substance. Given tweaks to the sound it could be far better, but that’s not to be for now
All style and little substance – the Pill isn’t talented enough to compete with more accomplished class rivals
The picture doesn’t have the impact of the top 4K TVs, but it’s still a fantastic watch
