The sound quality is really good, but the acoustic isolations is REALLY poor...You can hear everything outside when you put them into your ears. My stock earphones that came with my galaxy S 1 is much better in acoustic isolation.
I love mine and I have had most of the sub £50 headphones. These are the best. The sennheisers sound like stock earbuds for the iPod compared to these. They sound great on my Galaxy S3 with the Wolfson DAC.
Try them, you'll like them
i used i grado headphones on my ipod, then the jack plug broke,i wanted a replacement asap,so come onto what hifi site as i did when i bought the i grados 5 year ago,as they were the best headphones for £50 ish.
these soundmagic e10 that come recomended by what hifi for £35 have litterally blew me away,i use an ipod touch an fiio e1 headphone amp,as my jackplug is on its way out on the ipod,i've listened to the doors compelation i have, and i've been familiar with the tunes for over 20 years, and i can't get my head round the sound difference these e10's have made! against my grado's these are different league!
i cant recommend these enough! try them, you will feel smug as.....
Brat, that's rubbish. The iPod/Phone EQ isn't good enough to bother using; leave it off. The headphones' treble is fine as is. I have owned Sennheiser CX 300-II Precisions, and these are at least as good, if not better. And the CX 300-IIs are brilliant headphones. A must-buy (at least, for iPod/Phone replacements)!
if you are using ipod, try using "Treble Booster" on EQ, that should bring out the recessed treble.
Just bought these and they do provide a punch with the bass but as for musical detail i,m not to sure just feels like all the music is in one area rather than spread out and the bass is taking over from the rest of the sounds although i only got these yesterday so i dont know how long i,m suppose to wear them in for
Agree with the review, but I think you miss the apect that says, it also reveil noise in your system. The E10 is kind of anoying with both my M.F. X-Can V8p headamp and with my new FiiO E11 amp. So if you like the naked truth both in music and system, SoundMagic is great bang for the buck. For me question is where can I find a small headamp, with no noise, pure class A design ?
We think they're better - give them a try!
Nice, never heard of them.
But how are they compared to my beloved Sennheiser CX300-II's?? Should I trade in my 20th pair for these E10s?

A really enjoyable compact system on the whole, but its occasionally harsh treble raises questions of living with it long term
With a nicely balanced sound, good looks and an attractive price, this powerful-sounding Loewe speaker is an appealing wireless option
A decent enough performer but not particularly engaging
