I purchased an earlier model which lasted 7 months; Samsung took 3 months (after constant calls, and useless UK advisors saying I hadn't even sent it for repair yet!!) to admit their repairer couldnt fix it as parts now obsolete. This SH(..)875M was the replacement unit, which after just 4 months has lost all remote functionality for the first hour of switching on, and often locks out the unit buttons.
Appaling customer service who dont put notes on the repair case notes, or call you back as instructed, pathetic products (Now records the sound only from freeview) and not even a year lifespan from TWO units. My partner works for a well known stockist and the problems of Samsung reliability is a joke accross the range.
