Plinius CD-101

I have this CD player and the QBD 76 from Chord.

I can say that the Chord Dac is better than the CD player's DAC, but the sound is better from the Plinius as a transport that my Macbook pro as a digital source playing lossless.

Also the difference in sound between the DAC in the Plinius and the QBD76 is tiny, but of course noticeable head to head.

With regards the remote, it makes me feel good every time i use the plinius. They could have saved a few quid on the remote as it's an indulgence, but I think its worth having a complete and special product.

PS - I don't drive so buying a car is a waste of money for me

This CD player is outstanding, and prefer it to the Naim DAC.
