Is this a viable replacement for the old Pioneer LX5090?
I'll be judging for myself very soon.
Not a problem we came across.
Team, I'd be very grateful if you couldf comment on screen uniformity.
Are there any issues with bands of lighter and darker colour gradation on the right hand side of the screen?
What is Panasonic customer service like this year?
Reviews ONLY ever tell half the story, they don't give a true customer experience in the long term, merely a snapshot of a product.
Not forgetting that the TV will be calibrated by WhatHifi to deliver its full potential, NOT the typical out of the box experience of the average user.
There are still WhatHifi forum members unhappy with their GT50/VT50s of last year. I am still left dissatisfied with Panasonic's last true flagship, the Viera Z1 : crippled with inherent problems.
Time will tell if 2013s TVs are the silver lining customers have long awaited!
The ZT will be 60-70% more expensive than the VT, but is it possible to be 60-70% better than the VT?
I am tempted.
How does it compare to last years range? Cheers.

A superb budget tablet that, while not flawless, shows some of its pricier competition how it’s done
This Bose is tiny, but its warm, rich bassy sound is music to our ears
The Panasonic WT600 is a very capable TV regardless of its futureproofing and 4K picture
