I am very interested in this but can anyone comment on whether this is really that much better than an Oppo BDP 105? One of the advantages witht the Oppo is that in addition to all the streaming facilities, one can also stick in a chromecast into the hdmi inputs and as a result not even have to switch on the TV to listen to music via Google play etc.
The Oppo takes it in features. It plays Blu-rays for a start, but when it comes to streaming I think the (pricier) Naim sounds considerably better.

A great amp with some notable musical skills, but it loses a star compared with its better-performing, better-specified rivals
Another admirable and attractive soundbar from LG, pipped to that fifth star by fierce competition
The large screen and punchy picture are highly attractive for this price, but you’ll have to forego the smart features and Full HD resolution
