The sound from this unit isn't bad at all, but we live in an age where small speaker units can produce a much bigger punch and this unit's ability to produce great drum sounds and weighty bass isn't up to the likes of say the similarly priced, and minute, Edifier Mp300's. Detailed? Yes. Acceptable? Yes, I suppose so. Attractively designed and easier to use than the MP300's? Well, er yes ok. Better sound quality? No, not to me anyhow.
