Beware! A superb buy, but only if your music isn't classical, or quiet. If you listen to classical, or any music with 'quiet' moments, then forget it: it will switch off. There is a battery-saving automatic switch-off mechanism in the device, which is 'set' wrongly, which means it cannot 'detect' very quiet music. Nothing you can do will change that, even with your iPod/iPhone volume turned up to max (as Logitech's Helpline will tell you to do). So annoying as it's otherwise a terrific piece of kit.

Our once-favourite Android bows down to fine rivals. Still great value, though
The EAR Yoshino V12 is a terrific integrated amplifier – it needn’t fear any rival at this price
