READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BUYING LOEWE TV !!!
Five years ago I purchased a LOEWE MODUS LCD TV. The TV broke down after two years (while under warranty). I took it to Loewe's lab, and it took them one month to "fix" the problem. But the problem, which happens only at Summer time, showed again. During the subsequent years, the problem returned every summer without willingness from the company to take responsibility for the product.
After the massive pressure that included several months of correspondence with company representatives in Germany, they agreed to replace my TV with a new LOEWE XELOS LED screen, under a participating fee.
The new screen broke down after just one week! It just shut down after a week and did not turn on since!
I would expect better customer service, and quality control, from a company which charges such a high prices for It's products.
I'll never buy even one of a Loewe's products again!
