This is one of the worst TV's I have ever bought.
When turned on it often comes up with the blue new installation screen.
The remote control has a very narrow beam on it which means it has to be pointed exactly at the right spot to work and to cap it all the sound changes volume every now and again, usually with a sudden increase.
I think maybe the TV is suffering from Tourettes syndrome.
