Only in black according to the Denon website, I'm afraid.
Accorinding to Sevenoaks Cambridge it has already had 3 firmware updates, and it took 40 seconds to open.
The guy in the shop said to buy a playstation 3 instead and keep well clear. quote.
will this player become available in premium siver? A bit pointless bringing it out in just one colour considering the av receivers come in 3 different colours
Anyone using this player? I have one and it seems to have problems reading a number of Blu Ray discs. I had problems with Transformers 2, Terminator Salvation & the Battlestar Galactica boxset. I havnt updated the firmware yet so maybe that will sort this out as I have resorted to using my PS3 to avoid sitting & waiting for the DBP-1610 to read discs.....

Any news on your compatibility issues? Have firmware updates helped the problems? Does startup really takes long? Any other +/- comments?
I've been planning to get a DBP-2010 with the new 1910 amp but I'm not sure if the difference between the 1610 and the bigger model justifies the price diff. Any advice, comments welcome.
