Heard this head to head with the QBD76 from Chord, and it is a great DAC that copes well with a wide variance in music and Vs the Chord, it is probably appropriately priced.
The Chord is leaps ahead of this when it comes to rhythm and sheer detail you never knew existed, but you won't notice unless you hear them both, so unless you have the extra cash, don't listen to the Chord QBD76 is my advice.
