I have received the very recently released new version of these cables that comes with the new VEE plugs, more info here on these http://www.audioaffair.co.uk/blog/cables/chord-company-better-the-rca-plug .
Price I paid was £55 so a bargain,the sound is clear and neutral,nice clear top end with no harshness,midrange open with nice timing and pace,there's good detail too.
I have not heard the original version ,however I would give the new VEE plug version 5/5 stars on sound,so probably best digital cable in this price range IMHO.
