These ATC SCM 11(version 2) speakers are real firecrackers: they are guaranteed to give their owners lots of excitement in the listening chair. I'm stunned by their clarity, resolution and definition accross the audible band, but especially in their ability to reproduce accurate bass down to about 50 Hz. They don't dig down as deep as some other contenders of similar size but the bass that is there is textbook good. For the full review, check this link,
KEF LS50 vs ATC SCM 11 which is better?
I am looking for a detailed sound...overall sound quality.
We think this new version of ATC SCM11 is clearly better, but remember there's £400 between them in price.
In which area's does the atc better the kef's ?
KeF LS50 vs ATC SCM 11..which is better?
I am looking for very good detail in sound ...overall sound quality.
Please could you comment on the treble aspect of this new version? The last one was renowned for slightly recessed, kind treble. I note that the frequency range is lauded as being slightly more extended - does this translate to a 'brighter' or less forgiving treble, or is it still handled delicately? Thanks
We would never have described the original SCM11 treble as being kind. The new tweeter just sounds clearer and more detailed to us, but is balanced in a similar way.
ATC monitoring. Musical accuracy.

Reading between the lines it still sounds if they are lightweight in the bass dept,
Nice looking speakers though.....
They don't sound lightweight to us, just unusually articulate in the bass.

A stunning looking speaker, but one that doesn’t have the ‘wow’ sound or usability to boot
An excellent amp that sheds the pounds while maintaining great sound and good features
The Note is the original phablet and, despite some promising competition, in this iteration it’s still the best
