Keep the backlighting nice and even, Sony, and everything else just falls into place. As we've said before: formidable

No it shouldn't. Where exactly is the buzzing noise coming from?

Is the 32W5500 worth the difference,

does it make a noticeable difference?

If i remember correctly, another difference is that the 'S' model uses the older version of Sony's Bravia Engine (BE2). The V and W models use BE3.

had another look ... and they do have the model reviewed .. but accordign to them tsp is 779 ( reduced to 569 .

erm ... so is the lower spec machine worth it ?

whats the difference between this and the SONY KDL32S5500   that richer sounds are selling ? according to them that model is 720p only

confusing model numbers are reckign my head. they say that is 600 tsp.  need some advice please

And what's the difference in spec between the 32V5500 and the 32W5500? They don't differ much in price. Thanks!

Curries -I paid 400! Sorry guys, its best to wait as I did from March to now....saved 200.Never adopt new products too early.

Bravia 3 and 1080P is what is the killer ingredient in this TV! It doesn't have the 100hz motion control but for 32 inch you aren't going to notice.

I plugged in my old xbox 360 with component only for 1080 and the images were earth shattering...I watched the FF13 trailer, not detected a single blur!! By the way the older 360 don't need HDMI for a glorious HD image,the component will do just fine for games anyway!

The best deal for the year for gamers this TV! I was on a 20 inch Diamondtron PC screen till now...how this I get by without this new Sony I asked I myself??????

@MacCyrus: Motionflow

Does anyone know if this tv is meant to have a relatively loud buzzing noise coming from it when it's operating? Quite annoying!

Any help would be much appreciated!
