Bought this system 2 years-have only had problems with it - fan is loud, sound is warped-had to replace central speaker with another make - works better than the Samsung. Now I cant watch youtube on it - hangs - cant do a firmware upgrade - says its up to date which I know it isnt. Radio also distorts, sound is disappointing. Plays only half of our blu-ray collection - says we need to do a firmware upgrade - which I cant. Only plus is the brilliant picture.
Am now at the end of my thether and will buy a new system - but not Samsung.
