I was surprised and pleased with the difference these cables made. I have mid-range equipment with Dynaudio speakers in a smallish room and we are generally speaking looking for subtle rather than brash sound. Any fool can get carried away with loud rock but try listening to Eric Satie at low volume and you really do test your equipment's range, voice and purity.
Anyway, from being a deep sceptic I trusted this review (and found a half price sale!!!). I am not disappointed. The sound is richer, fuller, brighter, less awkwardly bass and better integrated between left and right channels. Frankly, I would not have believed that such a thing could make so much difference.
This cable is the dogs! I can actually tell the difference (for the better) over Chord Crimson (also 5 star interconnects). Bass is noticeably tighter, highs/mids are more pronounced but sweeter, slightly more clarity and 'airiness'. Generally more punchy and less flat sounding too, which is good for my warm Marantz PM7200/B&W 684/Rega Apollo system.
