Nokia's eagerly anticipated N97 mobile phone is set to be in shops this Friday, and will see the Finnish company striking back against Apple's new iPhone 3G S.
The 'mobile computer' will be on sale in more than 75 countries this month, complete with instant access to the full range of Ovi services.
The Nokia N97 has a tilting 3.5in touch display, complete with a QWERTY keyboard and a fully customizable home screen.
Jonas Geust, Vice President and head of Nokia Nseries, is clearly enamoured with the new addition: "Fuelled by a multitude of music, maps, games, media and applications via Ovi, the Nokia N97 transforms the Internet into an experience that's completely tailored to the tastes and interests of its owner."
More after the break
The Ovi Store will look to have a similar impact to the App Store for Apple, offering access to widgets, apps, games and more, all of which can be positioned on the customizable home screen.
Boasting 32GB of storage, and with a microSD card slot for adding more, there's certainly plenty of room for content.
The Nokia N97 is available to buy in white or black for £499.
