NEWS: Give your iPhone a new suit of armour

The iPhone is acoming, and if you've already ordered one, you'll probably want to protect your shiny new purchase from scratches as soon as you get it.

The Matias Armor aluminium case for the iPhone weighs just 35g. It has a neoprene lining instead of heavy padding, which means that if the iPhone is dropped, the Armor case will absorb the shock and so minimise damage to the phone.

The protective case still allows access to the iPhone's screen, sleep buttons, headphone socket, volume control and docking ports.

A 360 degree swivel belt and lanyard are optional. The iPhone Armour is available now in black or silver from AM Micro for £14.95.
