Good news for anyone looking for a versatile, entry-level audio interconnect: TCI have improved both the performance and design of their UK-made Tiger cable, while retaining its 2007 price of £29.99.

The Tiger II is designed for use with both hi-fi and home cinema, and features non-magnetic gold-plated RCA phono plugs with an improved interface, improved silver-plating on the copper conductors, a low capicitance design, twisted pair construction and improved insulation. Sound, we're told, is smoother, with better bass extension and improved imaging.
