Apple iOS 4.3 upgrade for iPhone/iPad available now
Apple has this evening released its iOS 4.3 upgrade, which was originally expected this Friday, when the iPad 2 goes on sale in the US (we have to wait until March 25th for iPad 2 in the UK).
iOS 4.3 features the Nitro Javascript engine from Safari on OS X, new iTunes home sharing features that let you play content from your desktop iTunes over a wi-fi network to other iOS devices, and an updated suite of AirPlay features – including the ability for third-party App Store apps to stream audio and video.
It will also allow video shot on an iPhone to be streamed directly to Apple TV, which isn't currently possible on iOS 4.2.
Owners of iPhone 4s can use their mobiles as personal hotspots, turning the phone into into a wi-fi access point for any wi-fi device.
The upgrade will be a free download for all iPads, iPhone 4, iPhone 3G S and the third- and fourth-generation iPod touch. At the same time, iTunes has been upgraded to version 10.2.1, and there's a software upgrade for Apple TV 2.

No you're not mate. AppleTV2 needs some proper updates, not the rubbish they opened with. Iplayer would be a good start, with cheaper movie rentals. It would be nice if mine didn't drop wifi every time too.
Anyway, the iOS update is a decent one. I would like to have an iPad-esque email view if I wanted.
What a total waste of time this upgrade was I updated my apple tv only to find it now includes a subscription service for baseball
Not very useful for people living in the uk as I suspect there are not that many baseball fans living here in the uk
Why could apple not have included an online service that would appeal to all say BBCi player or daily motion or one of the other online tv portals apple need to realise that we are not American we are British and as such are not interested in the American national game
What's next online access to the NFL , or basketball apple really need to do better in my opinion they should have released two updates one for them and one for the rest of Europe
Like I said it's only my opinion maybe I am in the minority
