Our Verdict Despite impressive looks, these Koss's are poor performers For Generous bass Against Hard, thin sound uncomfortable to wear cumbersome Reviewed on 22nd January 2010 Compared to close rivals, these cans from Koss feel heavy and cumbersome. The rubber ear pads aren't very comfortable: ironic, because these headphones are comfortably the poorest performers we've seen for a while. Listen to Eminem's Same Song and Dance and it sounds like it was recorded from the confines of a size five shoebox: there's a hard edge that renders long-term listening impossible. The only saving grace is that bass is generous, but still, they're way behind their rivals See all our headphone Best Buys More after the break Follow whathifi.com on Twitter Related News V-Moda unveils new Crossfade 2 wireless on-ear headphones Tue, 28 Mar 2017, 05:03pm Denon's AH-C621R in-ear headphones launch next month Tue, 28 Mar 2017, 11:02am The best What Hi-Fi? deals of the week Fri, 24 Mar 2017, 02:26pm Headphones catch fire mid-flight, injuring airline passenger Wed, 15 Mar 2017, 04:26pm The best headphone deals - in-ear, over-ear, wireless and more Mon, 06 Mar 2017, 04:44pm Headphones Koss PRO4AAAT Stay on top of your sound with What Hi-Fi? in your inbox every week Thank you for registering for our Newsletter We will send you relevant emails and updates.
