Hi All,

My first post so go easy...I have a pioneer VSA-AX10i as mentioned above, the rest of my system is Dynadio 52's, REL Strata, Arcam FMJ27 Dynadio Centre and Rears..

My problem is that i listen to much more music than i watch films and i don't think the sound quality via CD is getting the best out of system, I was thinking of adding a Seperate Power Amp to power the 52's Front Speakers when listening to CD to add a warmer , more musical sound that i crave. My last Amp was a Unison Research Simply 4 , the pioneer doesn't come close. However, i would still like to use the Pioneer as a Preamp and AV amp. Is this possible ?or am i barking up the wrong tree? I'm happy to buy off Ebay if anything second hand will do the job, i don't know ? I have a budget of 1800-2000 pounds.

Your knowledge and advice will be greatly appreciated.
