Just a tag to thank a brilliantly professional Richer Sounds Belfast team. About two and a half years ago I bought a Denon system from the Belfast store. All worked well until recently the DAB stopped working. I asked John's advice in Richer Sounds and he asked me to send the unit to him in the Belfast store. He then forwarded the unit to Denon who put a new board in the unit before shipping it back to Richer Sounds in Belfast.Remember, the system was out of warranty by one and a half year's. The team in Richer sounds were excellent. They didn't even charge for the repair work! That's service. Thanks a lot John and his team in Belfast...
