Need advise

I am about to replace my "old" Linn set up/
Looking at Olive,Linn Majik dsi & Naim, using Ripmaster for latter two products.
However I spend more time on my cinema system which also is linnDI with Komponent speakers using SKY HD. I was wondering about keeping my old LINN set up. moving myDI player & purchasing new cinema processor.My budget is £4K max
Any advice?
