My nearly 25 year old "leviathon" of the lounge. .
English

I've just bought from Richer sounds a Harmon Kardon bta10 bluetooth conveyer for the aux-in phonos on my hifi to listen to my phone mp3 music . That's the newest bit of kit. My main hifi is old now. ... It comprises of

AE 120 floorstander speakers- awesome clarity and sound

Philips cd recorder

Technics rsb565 cassette deck

Technics Suvx 700 amplifier, biwired

Technics SL 1210 record player

Technics am/fm tuner

Technics slpg520 cd player

The technics gear bought in 1990, and the Philips cd recorder and AE speakers in 1999.

All work perfectly.

my interconnects are home made and my speaker wire......?

5A lighting flex.

Sounds bloody good! ( well to my studio-knackered 50 yr. old ears anyway)

Amazing that the system has lasted 25 years and still going strong!! Can't say that for most of today's electronics though.
