aego m heat issue

does anyone has heat issue with the woofer at the top back? mine seems to be kinda hot after 5mins of usage? does it cause any damage for prolong usage?
i face interference issue from the control knob, result in imbalance vol in the sat. wat's the prob and possible solution?
