stubborn sky router

ive had sky broadband for a while but im already on my third wireless router.
I originally had the black one which worked for a while then just wouldnt connect me to the internet at all. I could get a signal but when I open a browser page it takes forever then says windows cannot display webpage.
then they sent me the white one which worked perfect then totally died on me.
now they've sent me another black one whic is doing the same thing as before.
so howcome i can connect perfectly using the white router and even though the signal and connection is good with the black one I cant get online
Nothing to do with Sky routers, but mine occasionally says the same thing and I have to go into the administrative page of the router and tell it to reboot. This usually sorts this problem for me so maybe worth a go.
