SImple solution

We need to get for some elderly relatives some reasonable quality wireless/cordless speakers to add to their TV so that they can have the speakers next to where they sit, without dangerous wires trailing across the floor (they have an aversion to wires round the skirting or anywhere in the room).
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Thank very much for that recommendation, I will look into those. Product details are sparse, but it seems from a review posted there that they are somehow chargeable - not quite what I wanted, but they might also use mains.
I am told a video sender might also be a solution, just using the audio inputs/outputs.

Well, these seem reasonable enough, but be aware there may be some slight lip-synch problems with wireless speakers such as these, due to the latency in the transmission.
