Pure Avanti Flow - can't connect to wireless - please help!

I can't connect my Avanti Flow to my wireless network.  I have done all the usual and checked I am entering the network key in the correct case etc. and still no joy.  I assume the router is issuing IP addresses via DHCP as my laptops connect no problem.

I have two networks as I use a Devolo homeplug wireless extended - however, I have been unable to connect to either...I just get the unhelpful cannot connect message.

Has anyone had a similar problem and be able to resolve it?

 Appreciate any help!!

There's a very helpful section on the special Pure website, www.thelounge.com, with guidance on how to connect your Flow and problem solving if you have difficulties. Hope that helps.

Re: Pure Avanti Flow - can't connect to wireless - please help!

I remember when I connected my Flow it was very sensitive to the upper and lower case letters in my wi-fi network password being entered correctly, but I guess you've checked that already.

Pure are usually very helpful with stuff like this, so might be worth giving them another call in the morning. If you have no joy, let us know and I'll talk to one of the test team.

After speaking with Pure and taking WPA security off and leaving it open it worked.  I just need to resecure it now and hope it still works - may end up having to use WEP.

Thanks for the offer to call Pure though - they were (Jason Voice) extremely helpful.
