Is there a wireless device similar to the AE that can stream CD quality audio outputting via a USB port or cable?

The Audioengine W1 is a good choice. USB receiver and USB transmitter (each with a 3.5mm socket as an alternative audio source - although one end needs to be plugged into USB as there is only USB power adaptor included for the other one).

We use this in store for transmitting CD quality audio (and better) from PC USB to 3.5mm cable to hi-fi amp.
