Monthly Prizes - Month 1 not yet finished !!!

I had a quick look at the leaderboard for the What Hi-Fi league on the weekend and noticed that the scores were still being displayed as Month 1. On checking the rules page i found a rundown of the monthly prize periods which i've listed below. It would appear that i have not won Month 1, as previously thought, as Month 1 takes in August and September. Therefore i should not be receiving the headphones i thought i was due. If you've not yet sent them then hold onto them. If you have already sent them, then i'm more than willing to return them as i do not want to be seen as claiming a prize that i haven't actually earned.
Month 1 - August 16, 2008 to September 30, 2008 (treated as a single month for the purposes of the Competition)
Month 2 - October 1, 2008 to October 31, 2008
Month 3 - November 1, 2008 to November 30, 2008
Month 4 - December 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008
Month 5 - January 1, 2009 to January 31, 2009
Month 6 - February 1, 2009 to February 28, 2009
Month 7 - March 1, 2009 to March 31, 2009
Month 8 - April 1, 2009 to April 30, 2009
Month 9 - May 1, 2009 to May 31, 2009.
