Hello everyone!
English

Hey Everyone,

I'm Nicky and I'm living a few miles outside of Dublin. I work in a record shop so I have access to loads of good music. I've used second hand stuff for ages and I've finally saved up some money to get some nice kit. Check out my post here:  http://www.whathifi.com/forum/hi-fi/vinyl-only-system

I look forward to getting myself sorted so then I can go through my extensive collection and see for myself which albums are amongst the cream of the crop in terms of sound and recording. I'll probably post some of my findings on the forums here  and see if there are any others who share similar or dissimilar opinions.

Nicky

RE: Hello everyone!

Nicky, welcome from a fellow Irishman......though be it from NI.

You are lucky to have Clooney Audio in the vicinity.....so if you haven't been there, it is worth keeping in mind for the future.

RE: Hello everyone!

Hey CNO, thanks for the greetings. I know of Cloney but I have only seen their product range on the website. Would you know if it is more extensive than what they have listed there? I was surprised to only see Dual & Clearaudio turntables on their page. Either way I'll most likely be giving them a shout on Tuesday.

RE: Hello everyone!

Here is their brand list: http://cloneyaudio.com/explore/brands/

They also used to do brands like Jadis, Lavardin and Sonus Faber......so it's worth asking what other makes they have access to.
