Listening to Septicflesh, various tracks on spotify.

They came up on my fb feed so thought I'd give them a try. Like it so far.

Wow, that was awesome. I need to buy some albums by this band because I've just fallen in love.

Sony 808 ES Amplifer, PSB imagine B bookshelf speakers, Pro-ject debut carbon turntable, Audiolab 8200 CD player, Pioneer N-50 streamer, Revox B77 1/2 reel to reel player, Sennheiser Momentun headphones and some Atlas cables.

Its all awesome, but standout tracks for me...

The major cities of the world are being destoryed one by one by the monsters

Radio Protector

Prisms

Retreat! Retreat!

Music Is Music As Devices Are Kisses Is Everything

That should give a pretty good overview.

They do sound more electronic than metal but I'm loving what I'm finding on youtube. Also I'm loving the song names as well, very creative.

Having listened to a few more of their songs I now know they are a mix of Post rock, electronic and hard rock music. It's great.

RE: Who listens to heavy music?

Been huge Metallica fan since about 1989, infact first I ever heard was And Justice For All, and was on record. But never heard any vinyl by them since. Could you explain difference in quality a bit more? Thanks.
