RE: What are you listening to?

Thanks JD  Wink

I've been on a bit of a Marillion-fest since they released their latest album a couple of weeks ago.

This morning I'm listening to the two CD album Happiness Is The Road, beautiful music throughout which most people will never give the light of day to, their loss.

Hi DIB good choice I must admit I prefer his older stuff Rumour & sigh You me us etc I also like Mock Tuder:cheers:

I know what you mean.

I'm totally biased with regards RT, I can go and pick any of his albums without looking and enjoy it irrespective, whether it be Henry the Human Fly or Dream Attic. The only possible exception to this would be his Front Parlour Ballads which I reckon is his weakest effort, but still has it's moments nonetheless.

If pushed I'd probably nominate Rumor & Sigh as my favourite, mainly because it contains 1952 Vincent Black Lightning.

Oh yes, the mighty Heep!  Weren't they one of the inspirations for Spinal Tap?

I went to see them at Manchester Free Trade Hall in 1972 (I think Frown, I'm pretty sure it was a school night), a triple bill too.... Paladin, Sha Na Na, and Uriah Heep. Could only have cost about £2.50.

Those were the days.
