Samsung UE32D5000 or Philips 32PFL5606

Hello,

I really cant choose between these two TVs. Samsung UE32D5000 and Philips 32PFL5606

Could someone please help me out. I know the samsung got some

extra stuff like Wlan and "picture in picture", but maybe someone knows that one of the two tv's is better for some reason (experience, expertise?). Just looking for good advice.
