Samsung UA40D6400 | PanasonicTH-L42E30 | SONY KDL40NX720 - Which is the best?

I am residing in Dubai. I am planning to buy a LCD LED TV, which should be 40-42" Can anybody advice me which brand and which model shoul i opt for? I am impressed with Samsung UA40D6400, Panasonic TH-L42E30 & Sony KDL40NX720. I dont know whether the above choices of mine are good enough. Can somebody help me with this?
