Samsung PS42Q7H ghosting problems

Hi all,

My TV has started displaying horizontal bands, which appear to be bleed from logos, etc displayed on a light background. A quick internet search has brought up plenty of similar stories, but no cures. I'm adept with a soldering iron and other tools, so if a part needs replacing I am able to do so. I just need to know what to replace or repair!

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
