Pnny txl37v10 or Panny txl37g20 .. which one ?

as topic really .. which tv is better .. went into my local panny dealer and both were available for £599 with 3 year gaurantee .. yes i know each can be got cheaper , but i want a local dealer.
is is the top of the range 2009 model better than this 2010 model ( mid range ) ?
