Phillips 47 PFL 8404H settings.

Hello again,I have moved my Phillips 47 PFL8404H/12 from my living room to my kitchen with the same receiver and cabling but the picture is not as good as it was in my living room. I got the settings for the Phillips on this forum 1 year ago and it seems they have gone back to default settings when i disconnected the system?but I don't remember WHAT THOSE SETTINGS WERE.I watch a lot of sport and movies etc.

Can someone please give me the best settings for contrast,brightness,etc,etc.

I use a Pioneer LX82 receiver and quality cabling(everything was transferred,receiver,tv and hdmi leads,nothing has changed!)
