Hi,ive been offerd a Panasonic TH-P42S31B for £300 brand new and was wondering if it would be a good buy? I was hoping to get a newer version but due to some unexpected bills my tv budget has took a hit! I now have around £500 to spend but the less the better as i could do with getting a new blu ray player as well.

Any thoughts would be appreciated
