Panasonic 50" VT30 WHF review missing
Where has the review for this tv gone? Have WHF discovered a green blob on their test screen and decided to re rate it??
While your here, any thoughts on the green tinge issue?
Not having ever seen it, no.
Do you want a picture of it? I would be interested to see what your thoughts were.
I'm really not able to comment on a supposed effect based on a picture.
Oh, is anyone on here able to do that? I'm after an expert opinion
The rating won't change unless:
1) WHF had indeed found the same fault in their review
2) Panasonic officially confirms that the problem is widespread, as Sony did, with its HX923.

Only trying to help

Ulp! Sorry boss. Your help is as ever appreciated, as is your constant vigilance and wisdom. Now about that half-day off on Christmas Day...?

Thanks for your replies, although cryptic. I have had three vt30's now, all with this fault. One is unfortunate, two bad luck and three? Widespread problem.

But Panasonic hasn't officially confirmed yet. Not to forget that thousands of TVs are sold, usually only the ones with faults are highlighted in forums. So even if less than 1% of TVs have this problem, it may appear widespread. I know this doesn't help you at all. You have been quite unlucky. Have you tried the GT30 instead?

Which half would you like, the first half or the second half?

The back half, although of course I will be at work again in the evening as usual.
Don't get me wrong, as I think the tv is fantastic other than this annoying fault. It shows up on every football match I watch. I am also not impressed that Panasonic say its due to power restrictions in the uk!

Not a clue: it's on the Content Management System as 'published', but doesn't seem to be appearing on the live site. Will have to investigate in the morning.
Not to my knowledge, no.
