Optoma HD65 wishle while off

Hello, I have purchased a 2nd hand optoma and I am a bit concerned with something.  When the projector is off (stand-by) I can hear a very low noise like a wishle... It is not very loud but it just makes me doubt if this is normal or if the projector could be faulty. Do you know if this normal?  Thanks.
