Is it just me?
I attended the Manchester show with a friend over the weekend and had a great time.
I was interested in the award winning Panasonic TVs but was left rather underwhelmed by their 3D offerings. They were great in 2D I hasten to add!
To me the Samsung's demo of the D8000 range served up a far better experience of 3D. It was detailed with a fantastic sense of depth compared to the rather layered and poor depth of the Panasonics. I also thought that the Samsung had far less cross talk than last year.
I was left thinking, how can the Pansonics be dessciribed as having the best 3D picture by What Hi Fi? So, I asked the friendly What Hi Fi team and they were very clear that the Panasonic was better.
But did Panasonic miss a trick by not showing the same footage? (Samsung and Philips were showing the same)
When I come to choose I will certainly make sure I do.
In the meantime, does anyone else agree or is it just me?
