Help! My grandparents want a 40” TV for around £420

Hi.
My grandparents are looking for a 40" TV for around £420. Any suggestions, please? Since purchasing my Samsung UE40B8000 a couple of years ago I haven't kept up-to-date with current models.
Obviously I want to get them them best model I can for around that money but it doesn't have to be brilliant. They want Full HD, and a built-in Freeview HD tuner, and a scart socket. They've also asked me to get them a DVD player (not within the £420 TV budget), but I think I'll get them a blu-ray player if they're cheap enough, so it'll need a couple of HDMI sockets too. They don't want 3D.
Any suggestions?
Thanks, Jason.

Here you go. It's got 3D, but you don't have to tell em
