Combined LCD Monitor / TV

I'm looking to get a combined 24" LCD Computer Monitor to double-up as a TV - preferably a High Def version.
It's for a bedroom that I've turned into a home office and for occasional viewing, so I don't need the best HD telly. I'll also be running it from a set-top box so no need for an in-built tuner.
Do you have any views on these combo type kit?
Examples are Dells Ultrasharp 2407WFP or BenQ's FP241WZ.
