Built-in HD Broadcast Tuners

I noticed from the spec of the new Sony Kdl-40X3500 that it includes an HD Broadcast ready built in digital tuner (This was from www.cheapelectricals.co.uk not from the Sony site). Does this mean it will be able to receive the HD Test Broadcasts from the BBC and others? Does this make the Sony X3500 series the first TVs to include such a feature?
