Best 37" tv for £350?

Dear all,

Am finally taking the jump and upgrading my old CRT!

Want a 37" tv as will be the perfect size for my room. Having searched have found the LG 37570T which looks amazing but is £400 http://www.richersounds.com/product/tv---all/lg/37ls570t/lg-37ls570t

Am not too bothered about smart functions, as I don't think they're that great yet. Also, am planning to add a Blueray player, so can always get one with smart functionality built into that.

My main priorities are:

Picture quality and full hd

Connectivity - would like at least 3 hdmi plus hopefully 2 usb

preferably would like USB recording

Have looked around for a couple of weeks, but everything for £350 looks awful compared to the LG above. Other option is to persuade my Fiancé we should spend the extra£50!

any help and suggestions appreciated...
