Around 20" TV's

My girlfriend and are are moving into a flat in a number of weeks and are looking for a TV between 20 and 26 inches for our bedroom (our main set already having been decided) and we were wondering if anyone had any suggestions? The only criteria we have are that: it must be between 20 and 26 inches, must have a built in freeview tuner. Built in DVD player would be nice, but certainly isn't essential and we'd prefer one of the 'better' brands is possible. Money isn't an issue, so......any suggestions?
