Anyone know if Toshiba 37XV505D will be any good.....£600 for 37 1080p seems a bargain!!!

Has anyone seen anything on this set the Toshiba 37XV505D. Its a full 1080p set which seems to be a very good spec, and it on pre-order for £600 at Play.com. (due 18th Apr) That seems very reasonable, or is there a reason for it. What set does this replace and was that set/series any good? .
